Miranda McCormack, M.D., D.A.B.O.M.

Dr. McCormack earned her BA in Art Studio and Art History from UC Davis before returning to school to complete her post-baccalaureate pre-medical studies at UC Santa Barbara. She received her MD from MCP-Hahnemann Medical School (now Drexel University College of Medicine) in 1999. After completing her Family Medicine residency at Hunterdon Medical Center in 2002, she briefly practiced in rural Vermont as part of the National Health Service Corps.

In 2004, she relocated to Beaverton, Oregon, to be closer to her parents. Upon completing her service with the National Health Service Corps at Virginia Garcia Clinic, Dr. McCormack realized her goal of opening a private practice. In response to emerging advancements in weight management, she pursued and earned board certification in Obesity Medicine, adding DABOM to her credentials.
