The focus is on helping you reconnect to the wise part of yourself, your Buddha/self, and to help you find the answers for your challenges within. We will explore this by looking at dreams and by learning to unlock the depths of your unconscious mind and the pure gold of wisdom that inhabits your psyche. I studied at the Pacifica Graduate Institute. This program is unique in that it provides a depth psychology approach to therapy. In other words the soul is included in therapy.

I feel very strongly about spirit and how it informs, heals, and directs our lives. I have studied alternative forms of healing trauma and have extensive experience providing counseling for those suffering from depression and anxiety. I have worked with families, couples, children and individuals.

I work from the belief that we are the architects of our lives. In other words it’s within our power to create the life of which we have always dreamed. I have studied these ideas extensively and I have been practicing them with amazing and life-altering results.”
