We will explore this by looking at dreams and by learning to unlock the depths of your unconscious mind and the pure gold of wisdom that inhabits your psyche. I studied at the Pacifica Graduate Institute. This program is unique in that it provides a depth psychology approach to therapy. In other words the soul is included in therapy.

I feel very strongly about spirit and how it informs, heals, and directs our lives. I have studied alternative forms of healing trauma and have extensive experience providing counseling for those suffering from depression and anxiety. I have worked with families, couples, children and individuals.

I work from the belief that we are the architects of our lives. In other words it’s within our power to create the life of which we have always dreamed. I have studied these ideas extensively and I have been practicing them with amazing and life-altering results.”
